Retailers may only source stock from Wholesalers or authorized Retailer-partners. Bar Owners are restricted to procurement from Retailers or other Bar Owners. Any attempt to circumvent these routing protocols, including unauthorized direct corporate procurement by lower-tier entities or cross-selling outside of designated boundaries, is a breach of these terms and will lead to permanent account suspension.
Physical glass bottles and plastic crates remain the structural property of the manufacturer or the designated primary distributor. The digital Crate Tracker in your dashboard is a legally binding record of assets currently in your possession. Users are contractually obligated to return empty crates and bottles to verified collection hubs or authorized retailers. Unreturned assets or discrepancies in the Crate Tracker may result in financial restitution penalties, loss of 'Impact XP' loyalty points, or temporary holds on new procurement requests.

While users retain ownership of their posted content, you grant Castel Wrld a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute such content. We strictly prohibit the posting of defamatory, unsafe, or non-compliant marketing materials, particularly any content targeting minors.
